Hi everyone, welcome to Abbey’s Kitchen! It’s no question we are dealing with some very scary and uncertain times that have certainly impacted our mental and emotional well being in some way or another. Something that I have definitely seen a lot of is the impact that COVID-19 has had on emotional eating. So today I wanted to talk about how to manage your relationship with food during COVID-19, as this is very likely being tested right now. I will also be joined by intuitive eating dietitian’s, Ellyn Silverman and Jessi Haggerty, to talk about their experience and what they’re telling their patients in tough times like these.
