You need

  • Sliced Bread (Brown, Bran or Wholewheat)
  • Butter

Sandwich Fillings

  • Chopped Mushrooms
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Onion Rings
  • Capsicum or Green/Red Peppers Chopped
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Cooked Meats ( Chicken/Ham/Minced meat)
  • Cheese Sliced or Chopped

Butter the Slices of Bread and layer the Meat, Cheese and Vegetables on top.

Layers can be in this order

  • Bread
  • Sliced Ham
  • Tomatoes and Onions
  • Green peppers
  • Chopped Cheese on Top

Grill on a wire rack for ten minutes until the Cheese has melted.

Eat warm !
